Describe the bug

isHealthDataHistoryAuthorized() returns false
although requestHealthDataHistoryAuthorization() returns true.

I already checked this permission is allowed in health connect application

Steps to Reproduce

call isHealthDataHistoryAuthorized() after checking that requestHealthDataHistoryAuthorization() returns true

Expected Behavior

isHealthDataHistoryAuthorized() should return true if requestHealthDataHistoryAuthorization() returns true

Actual Behavior

isHealthDataHistoryAuthorized() should return false even if requestHealthDataHistoryAuthorization() returns true
