get_tag_sync_status_summary is very slow to run in the status check

eg 9-10 minutess low, Ideally this is summarized and stashed somewhere like the other stats

• first don't do the check at all if tagging si not enabled
• then optimize the tag checking (9 mins is super bad)
• then off load it to async
