Plays in progress statue

Hello,
Since 20 October, my games stay with an "in progress" statue, as if they couldn't be synchronised.
After checking the bgg site, none of my games are updating.

I've tried forcing to "re-synch all plays", but nothing changes.
Is anyone in the same situation as me?
And would anyone know how to deal with that?

Please log out back in on your device to see if that fixes it. Sometimes the device thinks it's logged in, but isn't.

I've just tried something else. In the games tab, I tried to force the update by scrolling down, and I get the following message "Request to fetch plays is invalid".
What does it mean?

I tried to delete one of my plays, and it seems to work
