Feature request for generating services

Would be great to be able to generate a single service after a project has been generated which will create the controller, service files, a default path in api.yaml, and the appropriate path entries.

Even if it didn't make the path entries in routes.ts and just printed the entries to copy and paste, it would still be useful.
