Unknown websocket delay in responding

I'm trying to use the Mongoose wizard web UI like the code I uploaded here. Here, I use FreeRTOS and the LWIP library to achieve this goal. I would like to send data (adcv in code) to the gauge via a WebSocket that updates the gauge data every 500 milliseconds. The problem in my code is that the data is updated after a while by resetting or running the board(STM32F746ZG). In the browser's inspect console, it shows that 'ws://192.168.1.54/websocket' fails multiple times but resolves by itself. why?
