remove `dc_msg_get_videochat_type`

dc_msg_get_videochat_type was already unused when we had videochat invitation links, but now we are even removing the videochat invitation type all together with the new integrated calls, probably makes sense to remove together with dc_send_videochat_invitation and other videochat invitation message logic
