如果生成后，连续180天没有人访问过该链接，并且有新的网址在生成时恰好匹配到了这个编号，那么原目标网址将会被替换为新的
If no one has visited the link for 180 consecutive days after it is generated, and a new URL happens to match this number when it is generated, then the original target URL will be replaced with a new one

网址安全检查 / URL security check
使用了不公开的网址安全检测算法（没有同步到当前代码中，以免被破译），当目标网址不够安全时，不会自动跳转
Uses a non-public URL security detection algorithm (not synchronised to the current code to avoid being deciphered), which does not automatically jump to the target URL when it is not secure enough
