🔧 Improvements Needed in CONTRIBUTING.md

• Fix numbering inconsistency (frontend .env setup jumps from 5 to 1)
• Clarify .env setup order (backend before frontend)
• Add instructions for running npm run lint and npm run format:check
• Mention GitHub Action for ESLint/Prettier checks
• Explain how to view lint/format errors in PR “Checks” tab
• Include steps to test backend API with different themes/types
• Add example semantic commit message (e.g., feat: add dark theme to svg.js)
• Explain how to preview frontend changes locally
• Add section for installing prerequisites (Node.js, npm versions)
• Include note about .gitattributes for line endings
• Suggest using PR template link in PR step
