Wip/lecture plan part2 (#4)

* Update resources.md
  - lectures and labs weeks 7-12
* fixed: whitespace in labs, textbook refs
  - `(see also ch 12 of the textbook)` -> spelled out which textbook
  - labs list - used a "whitespace-eating" end-comment mark, `-#}`
    for commented-out solutions, else the markdown converter produces weirdly spaced lists
