How to Override Help Subcommand Message and Set Help Subcommand As Default

I want help messages to use the imperative mood, "do" not "does". I was able to override the standard messages for --help and --version, but I can't figure out how to apply this idea to the help subcommand. Separately, I want the help subcommand to be the default. If a user doesn't enter a subcommand, I want to show them help. How can these be achieved?

We used to have a macro for making commands and bit flags for a lot of settings. We also consolidated some features. Now, you'll see this as https://docs.rs/clap/latest/clap/struct.Command.html#method.arg_required_else_help

That works in derive as a raw attribute, like all builder methods.
