docs: README summary for the `examples/` folder

Hey! I was browsing through the repo and ended up in the examples/ directory. Thought it'd be helpful to have a quick README overview of what's in each folder, similar to how marimo does it in their examples folder.

I realize that the docs/examples webpage does a great job of giving an apt explanation of the respective usecase/example.

Would you be open to reviewing a PR adding such a README file? I can keep it simple - just bullet points describing each subfolder with a one-line explanation of what they do.
If you feel the naming convention of the folders themselves do justice, fair enough (just thought I'd put this up to get feedback).

hey @Haleshot — this is an amazing suggestion!! Thanks a lot for sharing it and for bringing in best practices from marimo.

We had a swing-by contributor earlier (#1273
) who submitted a PR without waiting for a ticket to be assigned first, so this will definitely help us make that process clearer.
