I'm not able to reproduce this & was just able to download my certificate a moment ago. To rule out your browser being the problem (and, to be clear: I'm about 100% sure that's where the problem is -- some browser in some configurations will not allow access to sites using untrusted certificates at all, and others won't allow you to connect via I'm afraid I have no idea what the equivalent might be on Windows, but I suspect the problem you're running into is on the browser side! |

Describe the bug
Can't download the "obsidian-local-rest-api.crt" file from the Local REST API. Right clicking on link to download has no effect. Clicking on link opens page "Unable to load site. Make sure you have the correct address."

I expect to be able to download the certificate.
