Show workshop/event details in link previews #2353

Description of the issue 📄

Note that this is mostly a repeat of #1167 (from 2019). Some work was done for that at the time, but it seems to have been clobbered somewhere along the way.

Link previews for workshops currently show generic codebar text. It would be good if link previews showed information about the specific event as well as highlighting the sponsor involved. Being able to see at a glance where and when an event is happening would be really useful for publicising events.

Screenshots 📷

Here's what the link for a specific workshop (https://codebar.io/workshops/3506) looks like in a variety of places.

Here is a Slack mockup I did in that other issue, showing all of the following:

  • Event type and venue
  • Address
  • Date and time
  • Sponsor logo
  • codebar logo and default text

Steps to fix 🛠

Add/update the relevant meta tags. Looking at #1169 might also be useful as that's where the original work was done.
