chore: Remove unused test app view files
Remove 34 unused test files from test/data/app/view/form/: - 14 unused example files (example2, 3, 5, 6, 8-17) - 5 old bug-fix test files (bug1467, 1535, 1585, 1598, 1637) - 15 other unused form test files Only keeping files that are actively referenced in test suites. Reduces test app maintenance burden and repository size.
