Remove Agenda Topics from Hearing Search Page

Problem

After receiving user feedback, we've found that having both the hearing "Description" and "Agenda Topics" displayed are usually redundant and take up valuable screen real estate.

To that end, we've elected to prioritize "Description" (because it seems to provide a little more detail when there are differences and is already used in the Hearing Detail page as well).

This is solely a front-end change - we intend to leave "Agenda Topics" as an option on the backend in case we want to start faceting/filtering on it in the future.

Success Criteria

• Remove "Agenda Topics" from the UI for the Hearings Search results in the Browse Hearings page
