Cannot deploy objects

Cannot deploy objects to the ibm i system (PUB400) using ctrl + shift + e.

Everything else seems to work fine, I can even open a PASE terminal. But, when trying to deploy something to the IFS, like a .jar, it just hangs on deploying and after that the connection is shut down.

As you may see, I tried three times and each time the connection was shut down.

This have happened to me before, I usually leave what i'm doing and try the next day and it gets back to normal.

I'm not sure if this is a problem on the remote system or on the extension part. Any help would be appreciated.

My guess is that this is not an issue with the extension. PUB400 does place restrictions on how long a time slice you can get, so I suppose maybe it is impacting your deployment if you have a very large file. You might want to try a small one--I just deployed a single small file with no problems.
You might want to take a look at the IBM i Deployment. Clear if first, then deploy and see if anything shows up.

And, FWIW, the best way to report an issue is from the HELP AND SUPPORT section:

It gives the maintainers some extra information about your condfiguration.

@SJLennon The file is about 6M.

Weirdly, if I look at the IBM i Deployment console while doing the deploy, it still takes a while, but it eventually does the upload without the connection drop.
