Case detail page occasionally dropping #1710
Description
Noted during 8/25 expungement clinic. Requests to the case_detail_page will occasionally return Case detail page with ID of {id} does not exist., despite said case ID page existing on the OECI site.
Current end-user workaround is to open multiple tabs querying the same information, upon which the page would load on some but not all tabs. In isolated testing on personal device, re-creating said behavior was unsuccessful.
Potential causes could include either the backend or OECI server unsuccessfully processing a larger # of requests at once.
