get the content of the authenticated user

How to get only the content of the authenticated user ?
thru the JsonAPI ? Or thru the role permission in Contenta admin ?

I tried on the role permissions but can't find it.
I see "Edit own content" and "Delete own content" but can't find "View Only own content"
