Cortex sync process fails when handling with large amount of data

• COrtex sync fails while syncing 30k+ records

Reason is cortex is not using the batching process for the sync this makes the process to fail

This issue still persists after the compression enablement.

Refactoring of the sync process in plugin level is needed
