Stargate/Development Changes

This epic describes the differences between the stargate and development branches. The inconsistencies have begun as bug fixes and updates have been made on the development branch that may or may not be included in the stargate branch.

The related issues will outline the discrepancies of the two branches and describe in detail any changes that require any additional work. The issues below are PRs that have been merged to the development branch but are not included in the stargate branch. These will need to be verified that they are not present in the stargate branch (or has been fixed with any sdk upgrades).

Any issues (required upgrades into the `stargate branch) that are outstanding should be converted into a new issue.
