READ_CALL_LOG permission issue from play-store

I'm facing READ_CALL_LOG permission issue from play store for cordova calllog plugin .

Below steps I fallowed - still facing same issue .

steps :

After installing calllog plugin READ_CALL_LOG permission adding automatically in manifest file. (Google play store suggesting to remove this permission)

I tried adding different permission from below links -still same issue . link : https://developer.android.com/reference/android/Manifest.permission

Please any one suggesting me on this .
