Potentially have someone whispering to you ping as well

I want to flesh this out first before attempting to implement it because I see some cases where you don't want it.

Someone whispering to you seems something that some people might want to get a ping for. But, if you are in a whisper convo you also don't want to be pinged for every single message. So I am thinking that potentially when the new DM functionality is locked in you don't get pinged for pings from that user potentially.

Possibly separate from this issue, do we want to simply add an option for pinging where people can blacklist or whitelist which person triggers a ping?

I think we should keep it simple with a "Ping on DM" option.

That's the thing though, should it also highlight like with a regular ping? Because I feel like the DM format itself is already the highlight.
