Ability to load offline server #146

Just realized I am not easily able to read back some chat messages from the just closed down tildes server.
What I am thinking is that if someone hasn't joined a server, we give the option to load the history of one. We can probably add a second line saying something like "load history from a server" and show a list of servers the database has chat history for. Once they select a server it loads the chat history in chat as if you are connected. Or something along those line.
