Replace forms without existing form

I did notice on small issue, and that’s that the form with the correct ID needs to exist on a site before you can replace it. It would be nice to get something that just imports a form to a specific form ID, even if the form ID does not exist yet. So, while not exactly like ACF’s json import/export, it does a really great job of syncing local/production form fields.

Answers needed

• Does a database autonumber need to be updated? Does adding a form in the dashboard collide with an imported form?
• Replace Forms supports multiple forms in the file, right? Don't we need to extract all the form IDs and let the user accept or map them?
