Stream generic data to web browser via chosen WebTransport library/method

Probably piggyback off the existing MoQ connection. Unsure how this plays into moq-js/moq-rs. May require forking tbh.

it seems like we could probably instead just run the Let's Play wire protocol on top of MoQT.

There are a few examples of user protocols besides media running on top of MoQT, so it's not exactly that unexplored of an idea:

• The moq-rs repository has a sample clock client/server pair.
• Google QUICHE (not the stinky clownflare one that still doesn't have webtransport) also provides a couple more examples, including a client/server for MoQ Chat (a simple chat protocol running on top of MoQT).

By using MoQT this would get us a couple fun features:

• not needing to maintain multiple WebTransport connections (we'd probably still need to play with the moq-js code, but that'd still be less required to fork, if we even need to?)
• (Maybe?) allows to also support MoQT over bare QUIC without tying ourselves to WebTransport (we don't really need to differentiate since it'd be MoQ either way, so in theory this would be Fine)
