Disable memory limit for pid is not working for iPads #622
Description

On iPad, the live broadcast session sometimes fails to start with the error message:
Attempted to start an invalid broadcast session.
The issue is intermittent — in some attempts the broadcast starts successfully, while in others it immediately stops or crashes.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior (intermittent):
Go to the broadcast-enabled app on iPad.
Tap on Start Broadcast.
Confirm the broadcast session.
Occasionally, the broadcast stops immediately and shows the error message.
Expected behavior
The broadcast session should consistently start successfully and continue streaming without interruption.
