OIDC + mTLS auth type for Redis

Describe the feature

As was done with Kafka, add support on top of the existing Redis component for:

• OIDC authentication method
• mTLS

Including the following

• Support client JWT auth method via oidc using certificates: Feat: Support client JWT auth method for kafka oidc #4057
• Add kid header to kafka jwt auth: Add kid header to kafka jwt auth #4099
