fix: Dart fog extension constantly freezes Cursor

Description

In Cursor with this extension I get this log:
[info] [perf] Render performance baseline is 9ms
[info] Extension host (LocalProcess pid: 7719) is unresponsive.
[info] UNRESPONSIVE extension host: starting to profile NOW

It happens right after start of the Cursor - in first -10-30 seconds

And Cursor windows become unresponsive. Disabling this extension - and no freezes

Steps To Reproduce

Just start Cursor and for example send a request in chat

Expected Behavior

Not to freeze Cursor

Additional Context

After fresh install of cursor and this extension - all works for several days. But at some point it starts to freeze cursor and at avery start. Reinstalling extension does not help. Disabling extension - Cursor works and does not freeze

Hi @exoder thanks for creating this issue!

This is probably related to #1487.

As reported by other users, you can enable the extension when needed, until it gets fixed. Let me know if you would like to investigate #1487 a bit and get you assigned there!
