das2_bin_avg does not exclude values outside of validMin, validMax #12
Description
When calculating bin averages, das2_bin_avg includes values that are outside of validMin and validMax in the average. This results in bins which have some valid data not being displayed. Also, bin averages should only be the average of valid data.
