LLM Generated Topics

Current DeepGit filters out repositories that lack topcis (tags). To solve this, we propose an enhancement that uses LLM to analyze the repository's README file and other key documentation. The LLM would then generate a set of relevant topics, allowing these repositories to be processed correctly by DeepGit.
