Certain Chinese characters are not pronounced by IBMTTS

For example, the Chinese character "号" cannot be pronounced by IBMTTS.
There are other examples, I am using 6.4.1.0 of IBMECI.dll

How is this character supposed to be pronounced? It seems to be said fine here....

This Chinese character is pronounced similar to the English word "How"
