Dates aren't being understood

## What is the current behavior?

When speaking dates to the Medical Agent, it can't understand those dates. This is an issue in the Dispatch, ClinicalNotes and MedicalTranscription Functions. 

## Steps to reproduce

1. run the demo 
2. Wait for it to ask you for scheduling dates
3. Speak Dates
4. Watch it struggle

## Expected behavior

The medical agent can handle Dates being spoken
