Untracked sources issue in nupkg

Directory.Build.props contains <EmbedUntrackedSources>true</EmbedUntrackedSources> but

May be related:

• EmbedUntrackedSources not honoured for F# projects on GitHub dotnet/sourcelink#181
• AssemblyInfo.fs not present in F# .NET Standard 2.0 and .NET Core 2.1 projects dotnet/fsharp#5309
• GenerateAssemblyInfo target is ordered after _SetEmbeddedFilesFromSourceControlManagerUntrackedFiles target dotnet/sourcelink#572

In case it helps, Dotnet.RepoducibleBuilds works well IME - used in https://github.com/jet/fscodec and similar
