Error: Parameter token or opts.auth is required
It seems like it's not able to use the default GITHUB_TOKEN. I don't see any further config requirements in the README.
EDIT: adding the token to the action fixes the issue.
Additional context
There's some evidence this happens elsewhere but the root cause seems to be secrets not being present in the fork. I'm not using a fork here.
