🐛 BUG: No recovery from parsing errors

it seems that, if in a context file there was a parsing error like import instead of imports contextive does not recover and it will stay broken until the next app start with the error fixed or window reload.

I have just tried to replicate this and it is working for me. The process I followed:

1. create a new empty file, e.g. testing.glossary.yml
   a. see in the logs: [Error - 11:22:45 PM] Error loading glossary file: Parsing Error: Glossary file is empty.
2. put some information into the glossary file that is invalid, e.g. import: and save file
   a. see in the logs: [Error - 11:23:31 PM] Error loading glossary file: Parsing Error: Object starting line 1, column 1 - Property 'import' not found on type 'Contextive.Core.GlossaryFile+GlossaryFile'.
3. correct the error, e.g. fix to imports: and save file
   a. see in the logs:

   Loading contextive from z:\contextive-community\src\vscode\contextive\test\single-root\fixtures\simple_workspace\ECommerce\ShippingDemo\testing.glossary.yml...
   Successfully loaded.
   Loading contextive from z:\contextive-community\src\vscode\contextive\test\single- 
   root\fixtures\simple_workspace\ECommerce\ShippingDemo\../PaymentsDemo/payments.glossary.yml...
   Successfully loaded.
   

Can you confirm if you are seeing anything else in your logs?
