Introduce debug flag and standardize the logging

Introduce --debug argument to enable logging for plugin execution results in commandline

optional argument `--debug` and optional `--level` flag (verbose, warn, info, error, error) 
- if possible add color variant (chalk)

Standardize logging (Error, Info, Warning, Verbose, Debug ) and move being debug flag
