Add automatic update on jira tickets related with UMB messages

An UMB message to test pre release RHEL, is trigger by UMB message:

An UMB message reply can include update on jira ticket with file attachments:

Implement changes needed to reply such info (collected from pipeline execution)

error is from cloud-init returning non-zero on warnings.

There's a atch for that https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHEL-28825, but on RHEL 10 is not applied (while RHEL 8 and RHEL 9 applied it)

Apart from that, mapt has it resolved internally (accepting 2 as valid response)

So possible options:

• patch tstenvs
• patch cloud-init on RHEL 10
• RHEL pre releases are published as AMI on aws (extending mapt to use custom AMIs it could work)
• testingfarm has access to openstack images
• add openstack provider to mapt
