hacktoberfest page shows this repo has been EXCLUDED

I was checking my hacktoberfest profile and it was showing that this repo has been excluded from hacktoberfest. So the participation will not count.
Please look into this once.

Is this repo is also excluded from the hacktoberfest 2022 ? I have doing contribution to 2 other repo and after contributing I found that they are excluded from the hacktoberfest, the owner should take responsibility on this, as we are doing hardwork to contribute. @dikshantrajput please fix this issue.

@raikiran07 It is and I advise no longer contributing. I also submitted 2 PRs to this repo where I spent a lot of time fixing various console errors and CSS styles only to find out it's excluded. It's due to the repo not adhering to all the requirements for Hacktoberfest, like the Code of Conduct, etc.

I would advise closing your PRs until this is resolved. That's what I did. The maintainer has ignored my issue about this for days now. I don't want them to be able to freely merge in my PRs and I get nothing counted towards Hacktoberfest for it.
