Feedback from students

Students this semester reported enjoyed having serve-d for VSCode.  

Though they also said they didn't think it was working with mixins/meta-programming/templates so they somewhat avoided those features of D without editor support.

Just thought this was some feedback worth sharing that it's great to have tools, but more tooling is always needed :)
