Unable to find spec for react-native-ios-utilities dependency

I've been successfully running eas builds locally as recently as yesterday, but as of today, I'm getting the following:

[INSTALL_PODS]  - linkage:
[INSTALL_PODS] [!] Unable to find a specification for `react-native-ios-utilities` depended upon by `react-native-ios-context-menu`
[INSTALL_PODS] You have either:
[INSTALL_PODS]  * out-of-date source repos which you can update with `pod repo update` or with `pod install --repo-update`.
[INSTALL_PODS]  * mistyped the name or version.
[INSTALL_PODS]  * not added the source repo that hosts the Podspec to your Podfile

I'm getting the same message whether installing the latest 2.x or 3.x version of this library, and get the same message when running pod install --repo-update. I've already in run pod repo update in the ios directory after prebuild. Please let me know if I can offer any further details that may be helpful.
