Expo 54 / RN 0.81 Build Failure on `newArchEnabled: true` (doesn't happen on old arch)

It seems like after I bumped to RN 0.81 and Expo 54, the build is failing:

[!] Unable to find a specification for `RCT-Folly` depended upon by `react-native-ios-context-menu`

You have either:
 * mistyped the name or version.
 * not added the source repo that hosts the Podspec to your Podfile.

Seems like it is related to this Zeego Issue here too:

Yes, we are blocked from upgrading to Expo 54.
