Help text is no longer printed for subcommands on 2.8.0 #59
Description
After updating from version 2.7.1 to 2.8.0, nothing is printed to the command line when running subcommands like: MyProgram.exe export -h
After reverting back to 2.7.1, the issue is no longer present.
