About ManagedMqttClient in Version 5.0.1

Previously introduced as a very useful feature point in readme, what is the current consideration for removing ManagedMqttClient in version 5.0? Is this feature separated into separate libraries in version 5.0, or is there a more suitable implementation method to replace it? Thank you.

There is no managed client available in version 5. It is not yet planned because its API needs to be extended a lot (and thus increasing complexity) because of MQTT 5.0.0 features. The best way is to build your own managed client with features you need.
