ipv6 support #1576
Description
Ⅰ. Issue Description
The server bind ip '0.0.0.0' only useing for ipv4. ipv6 should be support。

can not support ipv6 listen & advertiseIP not support ipv6
Ⅲ. Describe what you expected to happen
export --bind-ip flags or change default bind ip ‘0.0.0.0’ to ‘::’
advertise-ip support ipv6
