The accounts command doesn't seem to work properly

I have user accounts about 300 accounts on the server, if I check through accounts command on the bot, it won't show all the accounts on the server.
Apart from that, bots also display accounts randomly, not alphabetically.

this is strange, the alphabetic thing is not something I really have control over. Currently my focus is a new version of this bot that uses a different library. That version is not out yet but I do believe it fixes this. I will try to look in to it once I have a moment.
