Car vs. Helicopter: Helicopters spawn underneath bridge (cars too, sometimes)

Another issue is in Car vs. Helicopter. The bridge that the cars spawn onto doesn't fully spawn fast enough, causing the vehicles (mostly helicopters, but cars too, sometimes) to fall underneath the bridge. On certain occasions when the helicopters fall under the bridge,helicopters pilots have the ability to start flying before the countdown timer has finished.
