Improvements:

1. Remove Xacro pip autoinstall because there is too old Xacro version on pip (and was leading to error). Added instruction how to install Xacro from conda if you install RobotCAD manually https://github.com/drfenixion/freecad.robotcad?tab=readme-ov-file#installation
2. Add oportunity to use URDF import without ROS2 (but import of Xacro files will be disabled)
3. Add oportunity to use RobotCAD without installed Xacro module (but URDF import and Model Library will be disabled)

Fixes:

1. Fix "ImportError: cannot import name 'init_stacks' from 'xacro'". If faced error you should uninstall Xacro and install it from Conda https://github.com/drfenixion/freecad.robotcad?tab=readme-ov-file#installation or you can fully remove Conda env (conda deactivate && conda remove --name freecad_1_0_312 --all) and install again.
2. Fixes of RobotCAD initialization errors that can were in some cases of code changes (most likely, users have not encountered them):

• "Tried to run Gui::Application::initApplication() twice!"
• "AttributeError: module 'FreeCAD' has no attribute 'GuiUp'"
