Recieve "Connection Lost" screen whenever I press ctrl-s.

Sometimes I would instinctively press CTRL-S to "Save" a notebook accidentially. I have noticed that doing this almost always causes the UI screen to crash with the following:

What version (of DuckDB and the UI extension) are you using? And what platform & browser are you on? This was fixed a while back.
