[Request] Add option to name pages before adding to home screen

Describe the bug

Currently, the app-like shortcut that gets placed on the home screen gets part of the URL as its title. This is impractical. The user should have the option of providing a title before the shortcut is created.

How to Reproduce

Not a bug, but a feature request.

Expected behavior

When clicking "Add to Home Screen", the user should be prompted with a text field which will determine the name of the shortcut created. It could be automatically populated based on the current page (my suggestion would be the title of the page, not the top-level URL), however, the user has the option of providing their own text before confirming, upon which the phone-specific "Add to Home Screen?" dialogue is triggered.

For an example of this done right, look at Firefox or Edge for Android...
