New Request: DP Jobs User Flow

When a job is successful:

1. provide the success message
2. leave the message up for 3-5 seconds
3. refresh the page to the same job -> do not move the user somewhere else
4. Show the current items that are available for that job
5. separately -> a jobs status will be viewable in the job history

When a job is unsuccessful:

1. provide the error message
2. do not refresh the page or move the user anywhere else
3. the user will need to use the menu to remove the error message or refresh the page manually
4. separately -> a jobs status will be viewable in the job history

most of the success and error messages seem good! we just want the user to move around instead of moving around for them.

Packaging and ingest does not update job record after successful ingest if user closes browser.
